January 2017 sees the launch of CoPAA -
The Alabaster Arch in the Grade 1 Listed St. Mary’s is the ONLY external Alabaster Arch in the country and the earliest example of Alabaster carving -
The environment is causing damage to the Alabaster that needs addressing urgently.
Consequently CoPAA, a £35,000 two year project, is being launched to preserve this unique piece of architecture in Tutbury’s most important public building.
